Affiliate & Disclosure Policy

This section applies to influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, bloggers, and anyone who publicly promotes Coupon Chaser or its merchant partners.

If you have a material connection to Coupon Chaser or a merchant, you are required to clearly and conspicuously disclose that relationship. A material connection includes financial compensation, commissions, employment relationships, personal or family relationships, or receiving free or discounted products or services.

Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and placed directly with the endorsement. They should not be hidden behind "more" buttons, buried in hashtags, or located only on a profile or separate page. The relationship must be obvious to an ordinary consumer.

For image-based posts, disclosures should appear directly on the image. For videos, disclosures should be included within the video itself and not only in the description. Live streams should include periodic disclosures so viewers joining late are aware of the relationship.

Use simple, direct language such as "ad," "sponsored," "affiliate link," or "Coupon Chaser Partner." Vague or abbreviated terms like "sp," "collab," or unclear references are not sufficient. Disclosures must be in the same language as the endorsement and should not rely solely on platform-provided tools.

These requirements are based on guidance issued by the Federal Trade Commission and other applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in termination of partnerships and potential legal consequences.

All endorsements must reflect honest opinions and real experiences. You may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims, including claims that require scientific or performance proof the advertiser does not have. Compliance with applicable consumer protection laws is required at all times.

When you click a link on Coupon Chaser or use our browser extension, you may be redirected through an affiliate tracking link. A tracking cookie or similar technology may be placed in your browser so the merchant can attribute purchases to us for commission purposes.

Using The Coupon Chaser extension may override another affiliate referral previously applied. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that such tracking may occur as part of how the platform functions.

We strive to maintain independence and fairness in how deals are displayed. While we may receive compensation from certain merchants, payment alone does not guarantee placement, ranking, or approval of a coupon.

Deal rankings may consider factors such as user engagement, performance data, popularity, and availability. User-submitted coupons are not treated as paid placements solely because they are submitted.

Although we work to verify and update coupons regularly, merchants may change or withdraw offers at any time. Coupon Chaser does not guarantee that any particular coupon will function or that any savings will be achieved.

We are not responsible for pricing errors, expired promotions, or changes made by merchants.
