In short: Because our services are free, our aggregate liability is capped at $10.00.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Coupon Chaser LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners (collectively, the "Covered Parties") will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of or inability to use the Services
- Any coupon, deal, or merchant offer
- User-submitted content
- Third-party websites or transactions
- Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the Services
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory asserted.
To the extent liability cannot be fully disclaimed under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Covered Parties for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed $10.00 or the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
Because the Services are provided free of charge, your potential recovery will typically be limited to $10.00.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be individual, not class action. You waive jury trials and class actions.

Claims for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement may be brought in Utah state or federal courts.

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created.
